TUNA AND CORN BAKE 
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 can (8 1/2 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
1 (3 1/4 oz.) can tuna, drained
1/2 c. course saltine cracker crumbs
1 sm. onion, chopped (preferable green)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. butter

Beat egg slightly, blend in egg, corn and stir in tuna, 1/2 the cracker crumbs. Add onion, salt and pepper. Spoon into greased 1 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs and dot with butter. Bake uncovered 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
