GRILLED SWORDFISH MARINADE 
4 lb. swordfish
1/4 c. honey
1/2 c. orange juice
Salt, pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. minced fresh ginger
1 med. clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. red wine salad dressing

Mix all ingredients. Pour over swordfish and marinate 8 hours or overnight in refrigerator, turn once, at least. Grill steaks on grill, turning often every 5 minutes, until done, basting with remaining marinade, while cooking. Takes approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
