SCALLOPED POTATOES 
2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated cheese (or more)
1/4 c. onion
1 pt. (12 oz.) sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Corn flakes, crumbled
3/4-1 c. milk

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Sprinkle corn flakes on top of potatoes for the last 15 minutes of baking. Use 13"x9" cake pan.
