2 lbs. veal cutlets (4 pieces, 8 oz. each) 8 slices Prosciutto - thin 4 slices Mozzarella cheese 4 tbsp. butter Pinch of salt and pepper Place 2 slices of Prosciutto on each slice of veal, 1 slice of Mozzarella on top of Prosciutto. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Roll each veal into a small sized like roast. Place in individual boat dishes (4) or in one large baking dish. Cover with foil and bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve with side of pasta or salad. |
