GOLDEN STUFFED CHICKEN BREASTS 
4 eggs
1/2 c. water
16 skinned boneless chicken breasts
16 oz. Cheddar cheese, cut into 16 pieces
1/2 c. cooked crumbled bacon
1 1/2 c. flour
3 c. cornflake crumbs
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 tbsp. chopped parsley

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Beat eggs and water. Sprinkle pepper on the chicken breasts. Flatten them. Place 1 piece of cheese and 1 1/2 teaspoons bacon in center of each. Fold into a bundle to seal. Coat with flour. Dip in egg mixture; then cornflake crumbs. Place in baking pans and refrigerate until ready to bake. Bake 15 minutes, pour butter over breasts. Bake at least 35 more minutes.
