6 med. potatoes, peeled and cut into sm. pieces
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
2 Delicious apples, peeled and cut into sm. pieces
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped

Heat salted water to boiling. Add potatoes. Cook until tender. Drain and cool. Add onions, apples, pepper and eggs. Stir in mayonnaise and salt. 4 to 6 servings.
