HUNGARIAN KEIFLIE 
1 lb. butter, softened
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/4 tsp. salt (or to taste)
4 c. flour

Mix above ingredients well together and put into the refrigerator to cool so you can roll it better. Roll on floured board to about 1/8 inch thick. Cut in 3 x 3 inch squares. Put 1/2 teaspoon apricot filling in each square, then fold sides together an bake for approximately 15 minutes in a 375 degree oven. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool.
