2 tbsp. butter 3 eggs 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. milk 2 tbsp. cooking oil 1/4 tsp. almond extract Powdered sugar Cinnamon, optional Place 1 teaspoon butter in each of 6 (4 1/2 inch) pie plates or foil tart pans. Place pans in cold oven, turn onto preheated to 400 degrees (allow approximately 10 minutes). In medium mixing bowl, beat eggs. Add flour, milk, oil and almond extract. beat until smooth. Remove pans from oven. Divide batter into pans. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar. For breakfast fill them with fresh fruit. For dessert put 1 scoop ice cream and fresh fruit. Be creative! Serve while warm. |
