SKILLET MACARONI AND BEEF 
1 1/2 lb. ground lean beef
1/2 lb. (2 c.) uncooked macaroni
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
2 sm. cans tomato sauce
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Saute ground beef in large skillet until it loses its redness. Remove from skillet and cook macaroni, onion and green pepper in meat fat until macaroni is yellow, stirring constantly. Return meat to skillet with tomato sauce, water, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer 30 minutes, stirring often.
