SHRIMP-MACARONI SALAD 
1/2 (7 oz.) pkg. macaroni
1 c. chopped celery
1 med. onion, chopped
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1 (7 oz.) can shrimp
2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 c. French dressing

Cook macaroni in boiling salted water about 8-10 minutes or until tender. Drain. Chill. Add celery, onion, green pepper, pimento, shrimp, eggs, and seasonings; mix. Moisten with mayonnaise and French dressing. Serve on lettuce. Garnish with hard-cooked egg or tomato slices. Serves 6.
