SHRIMP MOUSSE 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. water
1 can tomato soup
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. celery
1/4 c. green pepper
1/2 c. onion
1 can shrimp, drained
1/2 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise

Melt cream cheese and water in pan. Add tomato soup and gelatin; heat. Add the following finely chopped; celery, green pepper, onion and shrimp. Add salad dressing or mayonnaise. Mix well. Refrigerate overnight. May be put in a mold, if desired. Serve with Ritz crackers.
