3 c. cut cauliflower
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
8 ripe olives, sliced
2 tbsp. juice from green olives
1 c. sour cream
1 bottle creamy Italian dressing

Mix together, chill and serve.
