MUSHROOM CASSEROLE 
1/2 onion, sliced
1 pkg. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. sharp cheese, shredded
1/2 green pepper, sliced
1 can mushroom soup
1 tsp. oil (for sauteing)

Saute the onion, pepper and mushrooms in oil. Pour soup, cheese and vegetables into a casserole and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
