JIMMIE TORTE 
1 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
4 egg yolks
1 c. black coffee
2 c. flour + 2 tbsp.
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. Jimmies
1 c. chopped nuts
4 egg whites, beaten stiff

Cream butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg yolks, beat well. Add alternately 1 cup black coffee with 2 cups flour plus 2 tablespoons baking powder (2 teaspoons) - (sifted in flour); add Jimmies and chopped nuts. Fold in egg whites. Bake in angel food pan for 60-70 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

2 c. powdered sugar
1 egg
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 sqs. melted chocolate

Mix with electric mixer until smooth.
