2 c. water
1 c. applesauce (this may be sugar free)
3/4 c. oil
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. raisins
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook raisins in water until soft. Drain off water. Add applesauce, eggs and oil. Mix well. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Put in 9"x13" pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
