TATER TOT CASSEROLE 
2 lb. ground beef (uncooked)
1 to 2 lb. frozen vegetables
salt and pepper
1 medium onion, chopped
cheese slices
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 bag tater tots

Press hamburger into 9 x 13-inch pan. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle on onion. Cover with vegetables, cheese, soup and last tater tots.

Bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours.
