GRAMM'S MEAT PIE 
1 double crust pie crust
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. mushroom soup
1/3 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 lg. potato

Prepare pie crust, cut in half and fit in pie plate. In large skillet fry beef breaking it up with fork until mealy. Add onion and continue cooking until onion is soft. Add salt, pepper and paprika. Add mushroom soup, water and cook until blended. Cover and let cool. Put filling in pie crust.

Peel potato and slice very thin. Place potatoes over filling evenly. Sprinkle salt, pepper to taste over potatoes. Add top crust. Slit 5 holes and bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour. Serve hot with veggies.
