STOPWATCH PASTA SALAD 
Dressing:

6 oz. buttermilk
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix and set aside to add to pasta.

Salad:

1 1/2 c. corkscrew pasta- cook, drain and cool
2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1 1/2 c. celery, sliced
1/4 c. red onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1- 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
1- 8 oz. can water chestnuts, sliced
1 c. seedless green grapes, halved

Add pasta ingredients together. Mix in dressing, toss and refrigerate for several hours to chill.
