1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. water
12 marshmallows, snipped into quarters
1 Duncan Hines devil's food cake mix
1 c. broken nuts

In 9 x 13 inch pan, mix brown sugar and cocoa. Stir in 2 cups of water. Scatter marshmallows over mixture. Prepare cake mix according to directions on the box. Spoon batter over the above mixture. Top with nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Have the whipped cream ready.
