WILD SHRIMP AND OLIVE SENSATION 
1 pkg. Rice a Roni Long Grain & Wild Rice
1 sm. can of black olives, pitted
1/2 lb. medium shrimp, cooked
1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts
1/2 c. green pepper, diced

Cook rice as directed. Stir in remaining ingredients. Can serve warm or cold.
