NO SUGAR CAKE 
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. self-rising flour
10 pkgs. any sugar substitute
2/3 c. oil
1 box raisins
2 c. applesauce or 2 c. finely chopped fresh apples
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts (opt.)

Boil raisins in 2 cups water until swollen, drain real good and coat with 1/2 of the flour. Mix this in last. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 1/2 to 1 hour in regular pans or loaf pan. For a pound cake pan, it takes 1 hour and 20 minutes.
