LEMON CAKE PUDDING | |
1 c. sugar 3 tbsp. butter, softened 3 tbsp. flour 2 lg. eggs, separated 1 c. milk Grated rind and juice of whole lemon Cream sugar and butter. Add flour, yolks and remaining ingredients. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into casserole. Set in a pan of hot water and bake in a 325 degree oven for about an hour until set. Serve warm. Serves 4. |
