MARINATED SALAD VEGETABLES 
3 c. diced fresh broccoli
1 c. salad dressing
3 tomatoes, cut in wedges
6 lettuce cups

Place cups in broccoli in boiling water and let stand for 2 minutes. Drain well and marinate in salad dressing for at least 1 hour. Drain, reserving dressing. Chill. Place broccoli in lettuce cups and garnish with tomato wedges. Serve with reserved dressing. Serves 6.
