BEER BREAD 
2 c. self rising flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1 can (12 oz.) beer
Melted butter

Mix flour, sugar and beer just until blended. Put in bread pan. Leave a little lumpy. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from oven and spread butter on crust. Cool slightly.
