SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2-1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg, slightly beaten

Mix hamburger mixture together and shape into balls. Place in a shallow pan with 1/4 cup shortening and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

TOMATO MIXTURE:

2 c. tomato juice
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. BBQ sauce
1/4 c. water

Mix tomato juice mixture in fry pan and simmer for 30 minutes. Add hamburger balls to tomato mixture and simmer until completely hot or put in a crock pot.

Serves about 60 meatballs.
