GERMAN APPLE CAKE 
2 lg. eggs or equal in Egg Beaters
1 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. apples, thinly sliced
1/2 c. nuts

Combine eggs and oil and beat until light. Add sugar, beating well. Add vanilla, dry ingredients and beat well. Fold in apples and nuts. Bake in 9x13 inch pan in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
