GEORGIA PEACH COBBLER | |
1 stick butter 1 c. self - rising flour or Bisquick, or 1 cup regular flour plus 2 teaspoon baking powder plus 1/4 tsp. salt 1 c. milk 2 c. sweetened, sliced peaches with juice In oven at 350 degrees melt butter in 11 x 8 x 2 1/2 inch baking dish. Do not let it brown. Combine flour and milk; pour over melted butter. Spoon peaches and juice over top. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown. |
