6 lbs. peaches
1 pt. vinegar
1 pt. water
3 lbs. sugar
2 tbsp. whole pickling spice
6 whole cloves
3 sticks cinnamon

Tie spices up in bag. Boil vinegar, water, sugar and spices for 30 minutes, covered. Drop in peaches.
