FRIED POTATOES AND SAUERKRAUT | |
Peel 12 medium sized Irish potatoes. Cut potatoes as in French fries. 1 large onion, peeled and cut in the potatoes. Fry onion and potatoes until brown. Drain 1 can kraut; wash and add to fried potatoes. Cook until done. (This is a delicious way to fix kraut.) |
