FETTUCINI ALFREDO 
1 lb. fettucini
1 pt. heavy cream
1 stick butter
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg, well beaten

Cook pasta as desired, while pasta is cooking very slowly heat cream and butter together. Drain pasta and put in a bowl. Mix in the warm cream and butter, slowly add the beaten egg mixing as you are adding the egg. Mix in the grated cheese. Serve hot.
