CHOCOLATE ROLLTART 
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. cornstarch
1 tbsp. bread flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder

FILLING:

4 oz. butter
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 mashed banana

Whip eggs and sugar to foam. Mix cornstarch, cocoa, bread flour, and baking powder together and add to egg foam. Bake chocolate tart on the cookie sheet, about 10 minutes at 400 degrees and let it cool before adding the filling. Spread the butter-banana filling on the tart and roll it.
