1 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 stick butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. granulated sugar
1 small Cool Whip
2 small pkg. chocolate pudding with 3 c. milk (pudding instructions)

1st layer: Mix flour, pecans and butter; pack in bottom of "Pyrex" dish.

Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes. Let cool.

2nd layer: Beat cream cheese, sugar and the Cool Whip; spread on 1st layer.

3rd layer: Mix chocolate pudding with 3 cups of milk. Spread on 2nd layer.

4th layer: Spread small carton of Cool Whip on third layer. Sprinkle with nuts or chocolate shavings.
