BEEF QUISADO 
3 c. stew meat (cooked in water until tender)
1 medium cabbage, cut in small pieces
1 large onion, diced
2 medium green bell peppers
4 tbsp. oil
1 can tomatoes, diced
3 garlic cloves, crushed
6 tbsp. soy sauce

Heat a deep frying pan and add oil. Put in garlic and stir. Add cabbage, onions and bell peppers. Sauté a few minutes. Add shredded, cooked stew meat. Add can of tomatoes and 3/4 c. water and soy sauce. Cover and simmer for about 2 hours. Serve over cooked rice. The longer you cook, the better the flavor.
