BEEF BRISKET 
3-5 lb. brisket
3 tbsp. vinegar
Lawry's seasoning salt, Accent, or meat tenderizer, unflavored
Garlic salt
Salt
Pepper
Paprika

Mix together above, using amounts as desired. Rub over brisket. Prepare day before; refrigerate overnight and slice next day to serve.

Rub mixture over brisket and bake uncovered 1 hour at 350 degrees. Add 2 cups boiling water around, not on top); cover with 2 onions sliced thin; cover pan and reduce heat to 300 degrees. Bake 4 additional hours.
