6 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
2 1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. honey
1 c. sugar
2 c. bread crumbs

Mix eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar in bowl. Microwave honey to make liquid. Add honey to mix. Shake in some cinnamon. Fold in bread crumbs until soppy. Pour mixture into greased baking pan, casserole dish, or whatever will hold it all. Sprinkle top with nutmeg. Bake at 300 degrees for about 1 hour. Pudding is done when a knife comes out clean. If knife bends or breaks, you've cooked it too long. Best served with Cool Whip AND a big ole glass of milk.
