MICROWAVE BREAD PUDDING 
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. bread (cubes)
1/2 tsp. salt

In 1 quart casserole, melt butter. Add eggs, beat well, blend in milk, sugar, raisins, vanilla and salt. Stir in bread and let stand 5 minutes. Stir gently. Microwave on high, uncovered 6 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
