HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. diced cooked chicken
2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. slivered almonds
1/4 c. green peppers, chopped
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
2 c. plain croutons

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together all ingredients except cheese and croutons. Turn into 2 quart casserole. Top with cheese and croutons and bake 25 minutes until cheese is melted.
