SNOWBALLS 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
2 egg whites
1 c. pecans
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained (sm. can)

Cream butter and sugar well, add well beaten egg yolks, add pineapple and pecans. Fold in beaten egg whites. Fill 3 vanilla Brighton Wafers in layers. Let stand overnight in refrigerator. Cover with whipped cream and sprinkle with coconut.
