SNACK BAKE BARBECUE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion or 1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1/2 to 1 c. barbecue sauce
1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown ground beef and onion, drain. Stir in barbecue sauce; simmer while preparing crust.

Separate crescent dough into 2 large rectangles. Place in ungreased 9x13 inch pan. Press over and 1-inch up sides to form crust, seal perforations. Spread hot meat mixture over dough; sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
