OLE' BARBECUE BAKE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
4 oz. chopped green chilies, drained
1 c. barbeque sauce
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. corn chips
1/3 c. sliced pitted black olives
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Stir in chilies and barbeque sauce. Spoon in 10 x 6 inch baking dish. Combine eggs and sour cream; mix well. Spread over meat mixture. Top with corn chips and olives. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Top with cheese, continue baking until cheese melts. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. 6 to 8 servings.
