VERSAILLES CORN SLAW | |
1/4 c. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. prepared mustard 2 tsp. white vinegar 1 tbsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/4 c. sour cream 1 green pepper, diced fine 2 c. whole kernel corn 2 carrots, grated fine 1/2 c. diced onion In a bowl mix sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Then add rest of ingredients and toss to blend. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving. |
