RUBY'S CANNED COLE SLAW | |
4 c. cabbage, finely cut 1 stalk celery, finely chopped 2 red mango peppers, chopped fine 2 green mango peppers, chopped fine 1 c. sugar 1 c. vinegar 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. powdered sugar Put chopped vegetables in a large pan. Crush with spoon or hands. Pour vinegar solution over and mix well. Can raw in clean jars, seal (do not heat). Refrigerate. The longer you keep it, the better it gets. |
