CREAMED SPINACH IN PASTRY SHELL 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. grated onion, optional
Sliced hard cooked eggs
Paprika
12 (3") unbaked tart shells

Cook spinach according to package directions; drain and add chicken soup; mix well. Combine salt, pepper and flour. Stir into spinach. Add onion, if desired. Spoon into unbaked tart shells. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until tart shells are brown. Top with slices of hard cooked eggs and sprinkle with paprika.
