BANANA AMBROSIA 
1 lg. ripe yellow banana
1/4 c. pineapple or orange juice
1 lg. ripe papaya
1/4 c. vanilla rice dream or strawberry sorbet
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. coconut extract
Pinch of powdered ginger
1 tbsp. sesame seeds or sesame tahini

Peel and mash banana with fork. Place in bowl and add juice. Cut papaya in half; scoop out and discard seeds. Scoop out papaya meat with spoon and add with rice dream or sorbet to bowl. Mix in seasonings. Stir until well mixed.
