BANANA BARS 
1/2 c. butter (oleo)
2 eggs
2-3 mashed bananas
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
Dash of salt

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and continue beating. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.

POWDERED SUGAR FROSTING:

4 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt

Whip all together and spread over cooled bars. Cut into bar sizes to suit yourself, then help yourself. Yum! Yum!
