BANANA BARS 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. sour cream
3-4 ripe bananas
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Cream butter and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes in a jelly roll pan.

FROSTING:

2 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. sour cream
1/3 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix and spread on bars.
