3/4 lb. Velveeta Cheese 2 tbsp. milk 1 med. onion (diced) 2 tbsp. butter 1 (sm.) jar salsa 4 oz. can green chilies Heat cheese and milk in microwave on high 2 to 3 minutes. Saute onion in butter for 2 to 3 minutes in microwave on high. Mix all ingredients together. Stir until cheese is melted. Diced ham or bacon bits can be added if desired. |
