CAJUN BAKED CHICKEN 
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. white syrup
2 tbsp. Creole seasoning

Mix above ingredients together. Pour over 1 cut up chicken. Marinade 1 hour. Melt 1 stick butter. Crush 1 package crackers and add 2 tablespoons Creole seasoning.

Dip chicken in butter, roll in cracker mixture and place in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.

CREOLE SEASONING:

1 (26 oz.) box salt
2 oz. black pepper
1 1/2 oz. red pepper
1 oz. garlic powder
1 oz. chili powder
1 oz. Accent food enhancer

Mix well and use like salt.
