WILD RABBIT 
4 rabbits, cut into pieces

Mix: flour, garlic salt, lemon pepper, regular salt and regular pepper. Dust rabbit with mixture and brown.

Place in roaster in layers with sliced onions, celery and mushrooms in between. Spread 1 can mushroom soup on top.

Add:

12 oz. orange juice
1 can beer
1 can water

Bake at 325 degrees 3 hours. Serves 8 to 10. Gravy is great on mashed potatoes or noodles.
