BUTTER PECAN TURTLE BARS 
CRUST:

2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter

combine ingredients. Mix at medium speed 2 minutes. Pat firmly in 9x13 inch ungreased pan. Sprinkle 1 cup pecan halves evenly over crust. Prepare caramel layer.

CARAMEL LAYER:

2/3 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar

In heavy pan, combine butter and brown sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until entire surface begins to boil. Boil 1 minute. Pour over pecans and crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven.

Immediately sprinkle with 1 cup milk chocolate chips. Allow chips to melt slightly and then swirl chips with knife to spread.
